One of them was 48 yards, and both clanked off the post

All three of our missed FGs this year have hit an upright. Luckily, unlike last year, none of them have cost us a game.

I wish the mods would kick "munchis.... out!"

I do too. Its a shame we can't vote for it. His fellow skins fans that post here should be embarrassed by this guy.

As much as I hate to admit it I think the foreskins win this game BIG on sunday....Romo's inexperiece will show and I expect Greg Williams to really confuse him and force him into costly turnovers.

Munchis....Out!!

Honestly, I can see the Skins winning this game... but to see them winning "BIG"?? Only a homeristic Commanders fan could predict that. The Skins have all of two wins, and only one of them was by more than 10 points... 16 against Houston.

I think they "could" win, but it would take a poor offensive effort from the Boys. The Skins aren't going to lay 30 points on us, especially with Moss out. They'll be lucky to score 20, IMO. If we can't score enough to win, I have to think it will only be because we didn't get it done of offense.

We basically shut the Skins out on offense in the last game... That was with Moss and without Portis, but our strength on defense has been against the run. Portis is less than 100% and I bet we'll have an extra defender in the box this week.

Hmmm, "flat out" win the game...Waaa-shington will come to play, they are 2-5, last place in the Division. They HATE Dallas. We already have blown them out of the water once this season, they want revenge.

I believe Santanna Moss will play, ususally some how an injured Waaa-shington player or two has a miracle recovery just before the game. This is afterall do or die, the only way to salvage any of their season is to beat the Dallas Cowboys. Brunell has a pretty decent QB rating, I beleive top 3 in the NFC but his percentage on long passes are lower this season.

With or without Moss, I like the Dallas Defensive Backfeild match-up vs this team. Clinton Portis, NOT a WR is the key to a Washington victory Sunday.

However, there are a few glaring weaknesses that we should exploit. Our Pass Rush, we should be able to get pressure on the QB, whoever he may be. Our Running Game, our running game should excel vs Waaaa-shington, they have a beat up front 4 and a banged up secondary that will not be so willing as in years past to support the run Defense.

The Foreskins will come out Bangin' Heads, Hyped like a SuperBowl (because it is their SuperBowl) they will be ready, if we go up early it could get ugly on their sideline.

I'm ready for a knock down drag out 4 Quarters of NFC Beast. Ofcorse, hoping no one gets injured on either team, hey, this is gonna be a game to watch.

I can honestly say I never take games with the Commanders for granted. This is a rivalry and rivalries are not based on which team comes in with the better record .. it's usually which team wants it the most on the field.
Really? Even during "the streak"?

The Commanders just are not a very good football team, and if there is one thing about the Bill Parcells era here that we can all agree, his teams always win the games that they should win.

Oh really? What happened to the last game against the RedStinks that would have gotten the Boyz into the playoffs?

So, count me in as someone that does not agree....

we need a division win pretty badly, I hope we pull this one out. It screams trap to me. If romo plays well we will win. I hope the kid can string some wins together for us.

I'm glad to see you guys flying high with confidence.

Makes it that much sweeter when you get to eat crow after the game.

but anyways, back to what you are talking about...

Last year, you all also came off of an emotional victory on the road. A 31-28 victory in KC.

Going into that game against KC, you all were on a 2 game losing skid, and this game was starting to look very important to you all.

Now, doesnt that sound kind of similar to this year?

Hey man you are a good guy you dont seem to be a troll to me and I know you will be here monday regardless....

But you need to get your facts straight. We played at home last year against kc.

THe main difference between this year and last year going to washington is this. Last year these are the players we had injured.

Flozell Adams
Anthony henry
Jat ratliff
Aaron glenn
dat nguen
al singleton
julius jones
thomas johnson
brett pierce

Now jones, henry and glenn played but they were all playing injured and were not 100 percent. Then during the game Witten got a cheap shot helmet to helmet that drew no flag from marcus washington and newman got knocked woozy when he and cooley went helmet to helmet.

Not sure but I think missing your left tackle, strongside linebacker, jack linebacker, nickel pass rusher and then having nagging injuries at running back and two of your three corners is a big deal.

Tomorrow we are missing tyson thompson. I fully expect a different game then last year. I think it is a toss up as I said earlier in the thread. Dallas has been scoring 30 or close to it almost every week, if that streak continues I think we have a good shot.
