Nobody is given my Commanders a chance, but...

fine, I'll give him his props for this

but not complete props as he never did show up after that wk. 2 meeting I dont' think

I don't remember if he was here or not. If you say not, then I believe you.

Still... there are a lot worse Commander fans that come here than Skinsngibbs4Life.

all the media folks and of course you cowboy fans think your team will come to fedex and flatout win the game...but my Commanders will be ready and i believe they will play the best game of the season this sunday and send your cowboys home with there 4th lose..santana moss will be missed in this game, but the skins defense will play its best game of the season and that will be the difference....cant wait till sunday...I will be back following the game win or win...PEACE!!!!

That is a fair assesment. I believe washingtons defense will play its best game of the year. It has too, they are finally healthy, they are in a rivalry game and they are at home. All cards in the deck point to the skins defense having a great game. I am not sure if this means the skins win or not, I see this game as a toss up.

If the skins come out and play the horizontal passing game I dont see how you can win, barring special teams returns and interceptions for touchdowns.

I dont get the cockiness from alot of fans here and I dont get the inherit cockiness every week from the washington fans and especially the washington media. I think these two teams are still similar, although the Commanders failed logic in the offseason is screaming out mistake right now. IF you hold the draft so low in your mind the way the skins front office and gibbs do sooner or later that catches up with you.

It comes down to two things for me.

If romo plays solid and doesnt turn the ball over and leads us to points or punts, Dallas should be in good shape.

IF washington can not run the football early they are in for a very long day. Without moss Dallas can get out of a cover 2 and 2 man under look they were in all night in carolina. If Dallas is allowed to send extra men and washington tries to throw the ball down field they are doomed. They will struggle to do that.

At the end of the day both teams are going to have to protect the ball, cover kicks well, and sustain long drives. So as always 3rd down maybe the key to this game.

One last thing I look for owens to have another big day, Rogers plays the inside routes, slants and digs very poorly. Last time washington did a good job of keeping the outside receivers to limited touches, now there is a catch to that because owens and witten dropped numerous balls and glenn was interefered with when he wasnt catching passes.

One last fun thing, in what quarter will glenn beat taylor? He has done it in every matchup they both have played in. Jason witten should have a field day, either archuletta or washington will be covering him if they go man and that is a no contest. He dropped some big balls last game where he was wide open. Hopefully he will redeem himself sunday.

Again I see this as a tossup. Dallas is the better team, but washingtons back is against the wall, they hate us, they are at home and if they lose this home game the door is officially shut on the season and alot of people on that team have some explaining to do.

So, this means when they lose you won't be seen or heard from: troll.

And by the way, I'd give Washington a chance. Don't forget that on any given Sunday....

Plus, which team was all beat up during that game? It sure was not the RedStinks....

But, the coin is flipped this time around...the Boyz are healthy and have good depth, they have a new swagger about them and a purpose...the RedStinks are hurting, they are demoralized and they have no depth and are just one more loss from being the typical RedStinks that we know and love...

Cowboys will take care of business...

jaws didn't pick the cowboys! who woulda thought:rolleyes:

Jaws is pretty good unless he's talking about the Donovan McNabb, then it becomes 'oh Donovan (slurp, slurp, suck), this' and 'Donovan (lick, lick, suck) that'.

Say what??

Since when is a 48 yarder a "chip shot"??

For a kicker of Vandershanks reputation/accuracy(supposed) 48yds this day and age is nothing. Grant it, a chip shot is a little loose I'll admit. I do not like kickers......can you tell?

You haven't got one. :D

:hammer:

They'll keep it competitive for 1 maybe 2 quarters. :starspin

And Titans. Beware Commanders...are the Browns coming to DC anytime soon? LOL

They went on a roll to get into the playoffs if I remember correctly.

Actually, I think they beat the Texans... but it was the Titans that beat Washington at home. That still is a very underwhelming feat and can only be accomplished through overconfidence, poor execution and unimaginitive coaching.

As much as I hate to admit it I think the foreskins win this game BIG on sunday....Romo's inexperiece will show and I expect Greg Williams to really confuse him and force him into costly turnovers.

Munchis....Out!!

Seriously, why don't you grow a pair and admit that you're a Commander fan? You're not fooling anyone.

Yep. I don't think he's even trying to hide the fact that he's a Commanders fan anymore.

I wish the mods would kick "munchis.... out!"

Yeah? Both chipshots. Both wide right. He's rippin' off Jerry. He's better than any warm body we've had in here. No brainer. That ain't saying much.

One of them was 48 yards, and both clanked off the post
