I hope we trade down a tad and still get basham and a good DB or two.

IF they think he is a future all pro and they can't trade down and feel he is the best player left at 28...I have no problem with them taking him.

I complained about the Frederick pick ONLY because of the way it happened in the war room and chaos it caused at the time. However the end result is we got a great player.

Like I said...I would like to trade down a few and get Basham. However I also don't want to take a chance that we miss on him trying to wait till we are on the clock at 60 if we don't get a trade down chance.

Nawrocki has taken some big hits on his credibility. Buchsbaum was great because he really sought after highly qualified scouts to help give him his take and what to look for and then he doggedly worked to get inside info on the player and their personality while having an uncanny memory for it. Buchsbaum was really against Ryan Leaf when even Bill Polian said it was a toss up for him on Peyton vs. Leaf. But Buchsbaum really dug into Washington State and found that Leaf was strongly disliked by coaches and teammates until his final season and had a poor work ethic.

Nawrocki's claim to fame is he claims he gets into the player's and their personalities as well, but he just watches interview tapes and acts like he's an expert in personality profiles when he has never been trained to do so. His most famous claim is Newton and while people can think what they want of Newton, Nawrocki was inaccurate in his assessment as Newton is an upper tier QB that is well liked by his teammates (and even I can't argue with his complaints of late hits and the sort).

As a draftnik I think he's really pretty much middle-of-the-road.
