With the short week the staff may have decided to limit Felix so he doesn't re-injure the ankle or to give it more time to rest. The 'Boys have 10 days to prepare for Arizona.

A little over 33 yards a game the rest of the year to reach it.

Murray is a game changer. The sooner we can get Fiametta back though, the better. I can think of at least 4-5 runs where his lead blocking may have made the difference. Our running game has so much potential now.

On the kickoffs, is it me or does it seem like our blocking sets up too close to our return man? All of our returners seem to tip toe up to the blocking instead of hitting it with a full head of steam. I really think it's because our blockers are set up too close to the goal line.

As for Felix not getting any touches, I'm not too concerned yet because Murray is so good. Even when there's nothing there he falls forward, something all great backs do. I do agree that Felix should get a touch or two simply to allow Murray to rest up a bit. However, I love having a running back that can do it all! I so hate the 2 back system. I think it's drastically overrated and takes running backs out of the flow of the game.

Murray had 130 yards on his 25 or 26 touches. If anything he needs more touches.

I can't say enough good things about Murray. I love the way he finishes off runs. Today, he didn't really break off any real long runs -- nothing of 20-plus I believe -- yet there he was, churning out the tough yards.

Most importantly, he's the type of back who can help you finish out a ball game. The way he ran on his final four or five carries, essentially turning the game-winning kick from a 40-yarder to a chip shot, was huge.

I think the key with Felix, as he continues to return to full strength, will be to truly learn how to use him as a complement that prevents us from running Murray into the ground.

We have a lot of defensive issues in the back end, I'm afraid. I hope Jenkins' return will help things, but our secondary really scares me. But if we're fortunate enough to get into the postseason, and maybe even get a crack at Green Bay, I think Murray's our weapon -- beyond the obvious (Romo) -- that could give us a fighting chance.

Yeah, I would love for Felix to get a few touches, but I guess I can't really complain since Murray has been a beast for us. I'm just amazed at how he can get some many carries, but doesn't seem to slow down through out the game. This guy is gonna be special so long as things go his way. Honestly though, he's going to need TF to block for him for awhile because the line still isn't run blocking very great.

Fiametta, AND Miles. I love me some Dez, but he is holding our offense back. Miles coming back will really allow us to open up the playbook.

And we need it. Our defense is really struggling right now. We are going to need to be able to hang 30 on playoff caliber teams.

He was doubled almost all day. That's why Robinson saw a lot of the passes coming his way. If he is drawing double coverage, he is making an impact. We definitely don't want Romo forcing it to a double-covered Dez just to say we tried to get him the ball.

I figure the answer your looking for is to look for a possible trade involving Felix, but next season is his contract year.

While that should always be looked into if the value is right, but again, if we were going to trade him, it would be have be now, cause he doesn't have any trade value in his contract year.

Since we need him this year, I don't see a trade happening at all with him this year or next year.

We do nothing with him in the offseason.

We need depth at the RB position. Nothing wrong with having Felix Jones as the change of pace back and if Murray were to go down Felix is capable of playing at a very high level.

Plus in the course of a long season Murray cant keep running this much. We need both backs.

Having Murray has been the biggest difference maker for us as a team this season. Against the Patriots, we lost and one of the things that Garrett stated was that "Sometimes, you have to be able to run the ball." Today, we did just that and it was a joy to see us run the clock down and eat up their time outs in setting up the game winner as time expired.

It was Murray Time out there. Our 4 minute offense could not have been much more effective. We can improve, but we were effective in a great way out there today.

Murray is the real deal. And that has been a long time in coming around here.
