It's a business decision. I'm sure he thinks why risk getting an injury without a contract for next year.

bland, lawrence! Bland had all those "setbacks" would he have had those many if we were doing well and not an "all in team" same with micah missing games, you KNOW he loves to play, he wants to play in garbage time when we're blowing teams out, or when the coaches try to pull him he wants to stay in. Lawrence put the nail over the head for me, he basically said he's not coming back for whatever games, he's a vet he knows what he's doing
You are full of it.

To play! How many of us remember our last game....most of us didn't even realize it would be the last time we wore pads....
I knew my last game was going to be my last game. That sort of made it worse in a way. Earlier in the season, a teammate had a nasty injury and my parents decided then and there it would be my last season to play. It sucked. But I was thankful at least to be able to finish the season. I wasn't a great player and was a bit undersized at the time, but loved playing the game.

D-Law will say all the right things from now until the end of the season how he wants to remain and finish his career a Dallas Cowboy.

As soon as the season ends and he becomes a free agent (and after Jerry and Stephen offer to retain him for around $7 - $8 million / year on a 2 year contract), he will sign with someone else like the 49ers, Chiefs, Bills, Dolphins, Broncos or Texans for $15 million+ / year on a 3 year deal. Just wait and see.

If the two clowns don’t finally get it through their heads that they need to dive into free agency to help this DL, there’s no hope ever.

5th round comp picks aren’t going to cut it.
