I just read it again... AOD “you CAN CHANGE”

My issue was/is with display once you double tap home button.
If you clear all notifications. The ten becomes 2 digits over 2 digits. That hasn’t changed,
If you have notifications then it holds time format of 4 digits inline,

I never double tap. I just use finger print scanner.

So I tried double tapping and it showed up like you said. Weird.

Thankfully I just use finger print scanner abdominal it skips that.

It's a great phone.

I'm glad that I went with it over the 8+.

First, I received 250 off of the phone.

Second, the extra RAM and stylus make it a much more compelling phone.

The only negatives so far are thumb reach without one handed mode and the smaller battery.

Here’s a tip guys and gals.


If you shoot video instead of snapping photos you can almost certainly ensure you get the greatest photo.

Here is an example....

Instead of taking a photo of you or you and someone or a group of people. Shoot a video of a few seconds.

Then scroll through video by moving the timeline bar... when you see a great pose. Screen capture it.


Everyone and I mean EVERYONE says... how do you these great photos?

Probably a android software thing (nougat) instead of a note 8 thing.

I love ability to press and hold app icons to bring up a menu and the best thing on the menu is clear badge imo

In the past I have had to remove Facebook because app icon will have a notification number on it on my phone or tablet. I have some oddball OCD thing that I hate seeking the numbers on them. So I would go K tk see if someone liked a post, replied, tagged me or something that would get a notification. Click on them to clear those out. Go back on phone or tablet and still see notifications nimble on icon after o know o went I and it should have cleared.

Has drove me crazy in past to the point that i would put icon on different page so I would not see it, remove icon so it was only on all drawer so I would not see it... Or completely remove app from phone or tablet.

Now with clear badge option... I just click that and it removes the notification number on my app icon.

Silly I know n but it can drive me crazy.

I even hate seeing numbers on any folder in my work email indication g unread emails. I have to make sire they are all clear. Silly OCD type stuff.
