1)We win the Superbowl, or he keeps his mouth shut and helps us get deep in the playoffs.....he gets an extension!!

2) He runs his mouth, distracts the team, and becomes a cancer.....midway through the season we void his 1 yr deal, thus making him inactive for the rest of the season
And we dont pay him the rest of his 1 yr deal(just to piss him off)
