A real discussion is usually the real offer. Afraid to look at the reasons why and really appraise those large group of facts? Yes, you guys prefer crying and being assenine as to facts in play and how those work. Come up with your blue print and proven path to success. That all falls on Jerry, Stephen, your own moaning years ... it really isn't valid on how many nothing by crap is tossed around. All you are really enforcing is bias.
You have no clues that all men fail at some point, but you cheer your own observations when you claim that is the actual status. I don't respect that for a minute.
On your guy's vantage points, and not expanded to boundaries presented for a valid discussion...rootie tute tute, I really don't give a hoot.
This hasn't been a stupid preparation by Jerry and Stephen Jones. It hasn't been a failure coach and staff by Mike McCarthy. Dak Prescott is fully capable and already demonstrated he can produce at the top levels. Jerry has assembled a good team, supportive franchise, and lots of talent. McCarthy has the team heading right now to it's 3rd straight 12 win season. That is here and now, a top shelf achievement over the course of NFL history-fact. That sits alone in view...
Right now, Dak Prescott out performed Miami's QB. He led the Cowboys to 2 touchdowns against the top producing NFL offense, who only got a single touchdown.
The loss was by 2 points on a final second field goal...5 field goals. That at no point becomes a liability...not even to a fan knee deep in gloomy moaning!
There is still a management tool that McCarthy can still use, and when applied, is the most powerful to bring out this leadership directive.
I have been talking about these very elements since my OP on Micah Parsons becoming the very top level of leadership. He is still struggling to achieve just this. No, this does not attack his value or his talents. For him to set unmatchable standards this very season, will take the remainder of his box players to take the whole team efforts to high as well as bully wincing standards as a team. Oh, he can be that element already. It will take the rest of his crew to perform just as Lawrence did yesterday. Strong!
This still isn't where I have taken leadership standards all this time. Now, that isn't a 30 year or being miserable thing instead. A principal that can be repeated and effective as well. Everyone is aware apparently, but don't embrace application principals when it is time for this Dallas team to start using them for success.
First off, this is a tough sport and destiny can be changed at the drop of a hat. Injury can create bumps in a single game. A bad day for an important piece can create problems. That isn't the excuse of a Jerry or Stephen thing. This element was already addressed above and isn't at all biased by fan prejudice. Guys, that is just a FACT also. Any game is subject to sudden and harsh problems, then and there.
Momentum is working at all times. That is a principal in action...not a statistical principal by dorks.
Each game has it's own momentums. Yes, scoring first is very relevant and affects every game. It affects complete team momentum and is the factor in rhythm. That is for both sides: offense and defense.
Now what is the one manageable principal that can affect as well as change results for the Cowboys. It is as simple as knowing or being informed by the Cowboys' own staff.
This being have a successful game changing play...First...don't allow a negative and game changing play happen first.
Not simplistic at all. That changes the team dynamics from the Cowboys and all teams as well. Do good, first. No excuses.
The Cowboys have shown they can over come situation momentum bumps...but at the top shelf, the principal has to come down and occur. Dak, you have had some good and bad games...but this one is yours. You have to start the game for Dallas with a positive game changer. No, it's not just waiting and hoping for it to just happen and blame it on Jerry.
