OBJ in and out of consciousness, kicked off flight

So according to police OBJ was in and out of consciousness and when asked several times to leave the plane he refused....so the whole plane had to deboard until police got OBJ off.


Anyone wanting this POS will reap what they sew.

Well the entire plane had to de-plane while he was escorted off. Watch the video with your two decades of legal experience.

Still doesn’t make the police report completely accurate. Also doesn’t change enforcement action that should be taken against Odell or medical assistance that should be provided. Again, if the posted report is accurate.

I think the main reason Jerry and Stephen are entertaining this is because they don't want to upset the players who are politicking for him.

Now they have their reason not to pursue it further. I hope!

That report sounds like some BS to me.
“In and out of consciousness”??
Either he’s 1, intoxicated or impaired and you arrest him for Public Intoxication, or 2, he’s got a legit medical emergency and is taken to the ER. Neither scenario should result in simply “making other arrangements” or just catching a different flight, if the report accurately represents the incident.
Saying this with nearly 20 years legal experience.

And his "refusal" to get off the plane could have just been him saying, "Nah, I'm good."
