IMO

Buffalo is his first choice, but likely less money.

New York is to just say what’s up.

Dallas is a shot in the dark to get a multi year deal. If Dallas does not offer it, he will go to Buffalo
Cold weather. Definitely not his first choice. He’s using them to leverage a better deal out of us.

The egirls beat us for suh. Smh
They had a better off season too.
Suh wasn’t interested in Dallas. He reportedly turned down multiple deals from other teams. But it came down to Philly and San Francisco.

“Ted Rath is somebody I’ve known throughout my career since I was a rookie,” Suh said. “We were together in Detroit, Miami, and LA. There are a lot of familiar faces, and I’ve always wanted to play for a great city like Philly.”

Suh added that cornerback Darius Slay, his former teammate with the Detroit Lions, tried to recruit him to come to Philadelphia last season, along with defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, who Suh knew from the time they shared the field at joint practices and Pro Bowls, with the two having mutual respect for one another.

OBJ already got a ring with the Rams last year, so I dont think he is just looking for a merc deal. That would seem to indicate that Buffalo would not be his first choice, especially considering that OBJ said he would like to play for a warm weather team. Buffalo is also up against the cap, going to be hard to fit OBJ in without making some roster moves.

I agree with Aikman, I think Dallas is the clear front runner to land him. We have high visibility, almost all of our games are nationally televised. Dallas has plenty of cap room so we can absorb his contract without having to make any roster moves or restructures. Players on the team have been actively recruiting him and even Jerry has said that he wants OBJ really bad.

I will be shocked if OBJ doesnt sign with Dallas in the next 1-2 weeks.

He's not coming here, it's Giants or Bills. And I think he's going to the Bills. You'll see.

it not the single player that worries me, it is the increase of talent on the eagles team overall that does.
On paper yes. Still have to play on the field. We worry too much. Who thought we'd smash the Vikings like we did.....who thought the Colts would've almost beat the eagles?

Thanks for the inside scoop.
He signed so cheap.
Wondering if Jerry showed him more money if he could have swayed him?

Beckham is not additive when it comes to a team-first attitude. I'm not at all interested in him joining the Cowboys.

Honestly that's not the case based on what I've read esp from the last couple years....sounds like his teammates love him and hes been good in the locker room

He brings personal drama yes but as a teammate he is viewed positively based on what is out there

Well, if Beckham does sign with Dallas, I'll be cashing your statement in! We need a team first mindset, it's far too easy to lose that.

I dunno man, I just read stuff like everyone else...I thought he was an bad lockerroom cancer but sounds like they loved him on the Rams and that he has his own drama but not at the expense of the team dynamic

It's conceivable that the 'prefer to play for a warm weather' (and then visits Buffalo and NY), is a strategy to get the NY teams to overpay.
We'll find out soon

No. It’s a scheme to get Dallas to overpay. He’s coming off of his second ACL. He doesn’t want to play in cold weather.

You've convinced yourself based on a rumor. Either outcome could be correct, you just prefer the weather consideration as if favors your outcome.

I wish to hell I understood why you would consider taking a diva-like receiver with a history of discontentment, coming off a serious injury, and wanting a multi-year contract. Plus he just turned 30.
Not to mention James Washington will return soon, so why?
