Why do you continue to personally attack me with statments like "is this some fabrication in your mind."

If you dont like my observations, dont respond.

I'm not about to start trying to work with you to remember specific defensive plays that you may or may not have seen. I dont have all night. Sometimes you just have to trust, or move on.

He doesnt like your 'obsevations' because they are not based on anything resembling reality.

I agree with your thoughts on Julius 100%. I even like the additional point of Bill saving him for the stretch run.

However, it doesn't matter what the reason is for him getting in the game, the fact is that the guy gets in the end zone when he touches the ball. It is my opinion that he could and should be a starting running back in the NFL based on his play when he gets in the game.

Barber has 111 touches from the line of scrimage and 11 TDs.

You can say that stat is skewed because he gets in on the goal line plays, but then you have to factor in his 5.1 yards average.

1- Barber is a very good short yardage back, but look at Brandon Jacobs from the Giants. He has 8, while Tiki only has 1, what does that tell you?

2- Barber's ypc is skiewed because he is a 3rd down back so he runs a lot against nickle defenses. Not all the time, but you have to admit that it is a lot easier running on 3rd and 8 versus 1st and 10.

I like Barber, I like him a lot, and am very happy that he is on our team and I love his role on the team. But, people desperately wanted Troy Hambrick to get more reps because he averaged 5+ypc as Emmitt's backup. Now I think MBIII is in a different league than Hambrick, but you get my point.

Absolutely, neither you or I could have predicted the Colts win and the demise of the Panthers, Seahawks, Giants, and Eagles since then.

That Commanders game still hurts like hell. It might be snowing in Chicago in January.

I WAS predicting a win over the Colts.
I saw the Giants for what they were AND with the emergence of Romo I knew we could overtake them
I saw the Eagles for what they were too...

Are you really arguing based on the fact that the bucs offense was so good our offense rescued us by putting together long drives?? What?

That's pretty bold to say you're qualified over some of these people. I've read some great arguments that a radio show host wouldn't need to say. Anyone who watches the games can observe these simple things that they are arguing with.

Well, the bucs game was simply an example, but now that u mention it...yes it could've gone much differently if, rather than quickly answering back with 14 straight points after their TD, we came out and threw an INT or two like Bledsoe was very capable of doing. THEN...like you are saying, the bomb they made to Joey Galloway all of the sudden becomes a huge play and a huge mistake. With Romo and the way the offense answered back, that play to Galloway is probably something most have forgotten about 3 days later. When you're losing, or barely winning (as was the case with Bledsoe), the stuff that you're whining about definitely becomes a bigger deal.

Like I keep saying, I guess we don't understand ur deep understanding of football. Especially since we only get our info from radio stations. I hear extremeskins.com has Nobel Laureates on call to answer ur blog posts. I'd try it out.

I would def. go as far to say that with Witten, TO, TG and Crayton we have the best receiving corps in the NFC.

Dont get me wrong. Ellis was one of my favorite Cowboys. His position change combined with the change to the 3-4 actually help a portion of his game. The problem was going to be with teams getting him matched up in the open field with more athletic backs. The same thing that is an asset for D. Ware in the position.

You could not be more wrong. Right up to his injury, Ellis was proving to be one of the most consistent defenders on this team. His play was the reason that Carpenter was on the bench. His athleticism was one of the reasons he made the transition exceptionally well. Do your homework a little more carefully.

Seriously, I think his best physical asset is his quick release. That has prevented more sacks then his mobility IMO.

Should BE 7-2

The Cowboys have missed a great opportunity to make a superbowl run. The rest of the NFL (besides the Colts) have fallen to average.

If the boys didn’t make that stupid QB change at halftime, I fully believe that would have beat the giants in that game. They had the momentum and the ball and were only down by 5 points.

Romo played like a rookie and we got smashed. Dont be fooled by the mop up QB rating and passing yards during a game when you are down by 21 points in the 4th quarter.

They scaled down the offense and the boys lost a game against a very bad Commanders team.

If we would have stayed with the veteran, we would be 7-2 heading into the colts game today. We would have won 5 straight and playing the best for the opportunity to get home field advantage. (depending on the bears slide)
Instead, we are playing for a wildcard spot and having to win against a team that is alot better than us.

Parcells, you made a bad decision. Lets hope some other teams lose so we can possibly get a wild card game on the road.
