We always eat before the game, then hit the desserts during halftime.
Me and my brother would fight over the neck growing up...actually still do.The neck WAS OFF LIMIITS.
Mom used it to enhance the gravy.
But NO ONE ELSE could partake in her delicacy.
(The same went for chicken - or any other bird.
I believe she had a fowl fetish.)

Yup, we usually saved it for after the meal and sit watching the game sucking on the bones.Hell yea but as an all-year meal. Matter of fact, it's the best part of the turkey other than the drumsticks.

Turkey is actually my favorite meat I turn left over turkey into either Turkey enchilada casserole or Turkey lasagna the next day And Turkey chiliYes, the older you get makes you really appreciate time with family.
