People arrive around 2:30-3, Lasagne at 4 and deep fried Turkey around 5:15-5:30. I’ll have music going and the big screens going as well. Makes for a busy day, will be 9 or 11 of us. No one really a football fan either except for me!

High noon. Eating, cleaning, and toilet time is reserved for the Lions game. If you can't get it eaten and to the couch in 3.5 hours your not welcome. Post game is reserved for heavy drinking, turkey and hot mustard sandwiches, deviled eggs, and dressing waffles.
Jimmy - I need to be at your Turkey Day Feast in 2023!!!

My family has always started around 1-2 pm before the late game. Then you can go back for leftovers during the game if you want.

I'm on the West Coast, so usually after the game. My wife's family had a stupid tradition of eating Thanksgiving dinner at 12 or 1 pm. It used to make me so mad, glad she dosent talk to them anymore.

Before….I don’t ever risk losing my appetite
Indeed, no way I'm risking that, I would rather have to toss up a second serving from being a piglet after overeating if the Cowboys perform badly.
Im enjoying a John Madden Turkey before the game, four turkey legs or bust.
