Witten looks stuck in cement, Austin is AWOL, Murray runs like he's at the goal line... and Tony looks- old and weak, snd plays afraid. Dez is fabulous, but also has a bit of a black cat issue in that he falls in the fail bucket at inopportune times.

I don't know how to fix this team. I'm thrilled with the effort of the D, but this offense is a stinking turd.

Attack the defense. Seam routes, do we even have them in the playbook? Almost all of our passes today were 4-12 yard range. Absolutely no attacking the defense.

It's game two you have to think they'll figure it out. But I agree with everything you said. I think Dunbar could help break out of this funk. He only touched the ball twice before being benched but at least he created some space.

Witten has always looked slow and he is, but he still gets the job done. You're correct about Romo playing like he is afraid, I don't know if the Ribs were bothering him more than he was letting on or what, but there were times in the pocket he started to go down, when he was in no real danger of being hit, His pocket awareness just isn't there right now. It might be from missing so much time in the off season, or he just isn't use to having the time in the pocket the Oline is affording him so far. I fully expect him to come around sooner rather than later though. Murray looks really bad so far. He isn't seeing holes at all, Dunbar looks like a better option at this point, but you can't play a guy who turns the ball over. The defense played better this week, but they didn't look as aggressive as last week either. I didn't see guys ripping at the football or anything.

3rd and goal in the red zone, Dez is 1 on 1, no safety or LB anywhere near to give help on a hitch/fade/whatever you want to try. We run a bubble screen to Terrance Williams out of bunch on the short side of the field. WTH? It wasn't a Romo checkdown, that is a designed play.
