screwed up big time in the first half. The Deep snapper that Parcells chose over Jeff Robinson screwed up the snap on the extra point. Anthony Henry got beat deep (again). and Bledsoe throws an easy pick for a TD.
Parcells, the ONUS is on YOU.

Today I am ashamed to be a Cowboy fan, not because of the poor play by the defense but because of the chicken little acts of some of the "Cowboys fans". I have argued many times with Skins fans and other teams fans who say Cowboys fans are bandwagon jumpers, and yet today I get on this board and see so many people jumping off the "bandwagon"

Did the season end at halftime today? I could of swore there were 13 more games after today. Did everyone expect the Dallas D to be dominating right from the start? It takes time, and they will get there, but all this finger pointing and season is over whoa as me nonsense needs to stop. I am a Cowboy fan every game win or lose. Some it seems hate the team unless they are winning or doing the things they want them to do. Get behind your team guys instead of throwing them off the cliff.

I think confidence and positive mental attitudes are great, HomeofLegends. When it's called for.
The Cowboys are certainly not out of this game (2nd half just started). But we have to be troubled by the lack of mental toughness and sense of urgency this team has. Since the last preseason game, I still havent seen anything that makes me think this team is capable of making any noise, separating itself from the NFC pack. 7-9, 8-8, whatever. Nothing special. Im waiting until the bye week to see what might develop. Early yet, you know.

Why can one judge fans but not the team? That doesn't make any sense. Who said anything about domination? At least some semblance of stoppage. I can understand if this was happening because of early 90s 49ers. But this was a 2-14 team that got blown out by the Eagles. It would seem that there would be plenty of tape to look at and expose them. The fans have a right to be upset.

Our defense is still young folks. I mean the best players outside of Roy are probably Ware, Spears, Newman, and Dat. Dat's been in the NFL almost 10 years now. The other two are 3rd year or less. Of course there's gonna be some growing pains. Also last I looked giving up 20 a game in the NFL is pretty decent on defense.
