I don't care what Caleb Wilson ran. Don't like his tape and he's a sloppy looking athlete.

If we play Witten 25 plays per game, by my calculation, he will make $8,750 per snap at $3.5M.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Warring is another interesting lower round type guy.

Sternberger runs a 4.76, Kaden Smith a 4.94

Would have liked to seen Sternberger run in the 4.6s.

Dalton Schultz ran a 4.75 last year.

Actually, Schultz is a sneaky decent athlete for his size.

4.75 forty
32" vertical
10'-0" broad

Damn, Wilson ran faster than Fant unofficially.
That should not matter to anyone with a brain, but watch. Over the next few days, he will be some guy's "sleeper" in this forum because of his time.

Would be interesting if the Cowboys would consider a guy like Irv Smith to serve in that hybrid FB/TE/H-Back role we tried with Swaim and Schultz. We could rid ourselves of Olawale and justify Witten's existence.

Dude reminds of Delanie Walker/Charles Clay.

I've seen people say Nauta is the type of TE the Cowboys look for and after running two 4.9s they appear to be correct.

They will probably have him in for an official visit so they can remember him when he hits free agency in four years after Witten finally decides to stay retired.

He will be gone before then.

With Wilson being a local guy from Dallas, expect him to be invited to the local day.

If Metcalf runs under 4.5 today, they’ll need a mop from all the scouts drooling.
