I got to tell you this whole having to trim the roster to 75 before the PS is over is the dumbest rule ever!

I'm thinking the reason is to allow cut players to find a new team while there's still PS left as well as teams with gaps to fill them with cut players and still have some time to get them up to speed.

It's probably so teams don't have to travel 90 guys to the final game. Also, it's 15 fewer guys who can end up with an injury settlement.
