Defense isn't much better or worse than 2014 and if you really wanna go there, Romo didn't do enough.

I hate talking bad about the guy but throwing dirt on Dak for doing something that Romo hasn't done over 10 years in just stupid.

Stupid.

Neither of us know what Romo would've done but Dak played his heart out and put his team in a position for OT despite being down 21-3.

Show me where Romo could've done better.

Dak was the reason Dallas was down early...he was pushing it down field badly...not playing to what the strengths of the offense were....I think he watched what Romo did in his last drive and thought he had to match up. That isn't his game!

By the way, I am not as a hardcore Dak guy as some, if Romo came in the second quarter, I can't say I would've been mad. Fact remains that Romo, in no way shap no form, has ever shown as much as Dak has shown in the 4th quarter in a playoff game in his career. I don't need to look up the numbers to prove that, you can.

We lost that game, 38-17 with Romo. I LOVE Tony Romo, I can't wait to see him in the ring of honor but he has never proven to be a QB that can lead his team from behind in the playoffs with crap behind him and a 17 point deficit against arguably the best QB in the league.

I guarantee you Aaron Rodgers left this game with more respect for Dak than some of our fans.

He could have won it in the first instead of putting up a mesley 3 points which happened in the 2 loses against good defenses this year

dak played great for the three quarters. dak will have to win by himself like romo had the rest of his career here. the jones family will never build a defense for him. twenty two years of proof. we will always be one and done in playoffs unless dak wins the games himself like romo had to in the lions game three years ago. I am really disgusted in this team right now. just hope a week from now I can feel different.

talking about the Packers defense, they suck right now, how Dallas didn't score more than 20 before halftime is a shame

This feels different compared to 2006 and 2007. I feel like we have a much brighter future than in the Romo Era. Romo's career was doomed from the start after the Seattle fumble and then the following loss to NYG (he didn't play particularly well in either game). Mentally, I don't think the team ever recovered from the starting QB having a reputation like that. Dak played great today and we didn't lose because of anything he did. He went up against arguably the greatest QB of all time and held his own.

And I agree on Rodgers view on Dak, Dak will have a better career than Rodgers.

Dak is amazing, but its comical how posting anything short of putting him on Mount Rushmore gets labeled as hating.

I just don't know if Romo plays a better game.

He has gotten way behind in the past and hasn't shown that he can comeback form 21-3.

I don't have the books in front of me but I can't think of a time Romo has come back from a deficit like this against a team as good or hot as this team today.

Ridiculous. He was fine early. He had a big throw called back on Butler's penalty and another big throw dropped by Williams. Both of those completions would have totally changed the complexion of those drives and possibly the game.
