let them catch the ball and tackle once in the field and game is over
but outside running plays or any active play and you risk getting a penalty which stops the clock

They did more than enough to win the game and that's all you can ask from them. The late game decisions by Jason Garrett today were inexcusable. I'm not saying he needs to be fired but his seat should be warming up as we speak.
