Realistic question here. IF Garrett doesn't make the playoffs, do you think he gets fired? Look at the scenario. At the TOP of the NFC east, you have a team that plays way too conservative at times which ends up costing them games. The whole play to not lose mentality is not for playoff teams.

I think he gets fired if Dallas misses the playoffs. Hell, he might be out if we get eliminated in the first round.

Pure speculation here: On the drive where we ended up kicking a FG, it seemed like Tony was trying to convince Garrett to allow him to throw the ball. He was obviously shutdown, but you get the feeling that Tony is sick of his antics.
