I do not have a good feeling about Dixon so far. He mad one good stop on the 1st drive, but he has been out of position a few times tonight. Hopefully he shakes it off and plays better.

That was really nice play by Carr. Our pass rush looked slow, like they were moving at half-speed. Glover broke through the line, but didnt give Carr much pursuit.

The play was very similar to the TD Key made over Newman in the Bucs game last year

My wife hates this time of year, I become such as *******. I'm already in midseason form looking at our defense. I know it's preseason but still...

Not worried about losing a pre-season game, I was just hoping to see more from our defense.

Not writing EG off, but have to say he hasnt looked to impressive so far. Our O-Line is looking good though.

1st Quarter thoughts:

1.) Protection was great.
2.) Vinny look alright. Didn't really see enought.
3.) Eddie looks slow, but can slip through and make something out of nothing.
4.) Run blocking not too great.
5.) Key still likes to run his mouth.


1.) Defense didn't look great at all. Texans prepared more.....hopefully.
2.) Wiley looked slow off the ball, atleast compared to Ellis......i was surprised.
3.) Hunter playing soft. Needs to tighten up his coverage.
4.) We need more pressure by the D-line.
5.) LB's looked strong, they are everywhere.
