Too bad Julius Jones isn't activated...I was thinking, on that blitz that the Vikings picked up and burned us for the TD with their HB...if that was Eddie George, he'd still be running...

THAT's the way to stop the blitz...not having a statue who is a good pass blocker.

What killed us was that toss to the left with George. He just doesn't have the speed. Jones would have taken that to the house.

When Vinny plays weak secondaries, he tears it up. He did it in the preseason too. AB & Keyshawn both might flirt with 1,000 yard seasons this year if we keep throwing it as often as we do and Vinny's body holds up.

Only problem is that Vinnie quit looking at AB in the second quarter.....

BTW did AB start over Glenn? I think he did......

Let me add that reception by Glenn was a another good example for why Galloway's gone. Glenn still has the speed to stretch the field [even though the Vikings did have the pass rush/blitz on at the same time ].

Time on the clock is not time to be wasted. I got so sick and tired of just standing pat, winning or losing.

If, if, well at least I have a lot more faith in KJ and AB than I did with Galloway who pulled up limp after droping a ball that hit him in the hands in the end zone. Witten should have a good year too.

I am tired of the D with the telegraphed blitzes and always coming from the outside to let Dante run up the middle.

The D really needs to put some 3 and outs together in the 2nd half.

Either Jones, Lee or Anderson would have had a better shot than George. No doubt about that.

Yeah same as having a guy who has never held in on a F/G attempt. Having a guy who has never carried the rock in for his first carry on a 4th and 1 (BP got lucky on that one). They say BP is good for at least 1-2 wins a year but with calls like these he will be good for 1-2 lose's this year.

Just watched the TD drive again. KJ crawling out of bounds to stop the clock was huge. And Terry Glenn made two AMAZING catches.

I think that comes under the headin of who would of thunk it and who would have defended it.

Personally I am hoping the boys match up Roy with Hunter at the saftys and hold Dex at the line to bump Moss each snap. But that begs the question of who else will play CB.

Sure would like to see Eddie on the bench and Anderson & Lee in the backfield in the 2nd half. Parcells HAS to see that EG isn't getting the job done.
