Ok I could be missing something but why is Coakley on the field during the 3rd Qtr of the 4th preseason game?

He has had good moves and gets the most out of what he has as a coach. No doubt a great coach, I just question his talent evaluation abilities in SOME AREAS.

Hey Gibbs has the same problem, great coach makes some mistakes in talent, but it is not blasphy to say BP has missed some talent evaluation.

Yeah, maybe there's a reason the Pats didn't let him shop for the groceries.

BP is no doubt a great coach. But he blew it in not bringing in a real RCB this offseason. And I do question the signing of sooo many aging vets. A couple of stop gaps are fine, but we seem to be trying to re-create the freakin' '98 Jets. That wouldn't be so bad, except they were good SIX years ago.

There's no questioning the job he did with the team last year, but it's going to be much tougher this season to match it.

Bradie James started tonight.

Coke is cleaning up with the second team.

I don't know. John Kerry might be a touch quicker than Eddie George.

Kerry would always want to run to the left. At least that is the strong side of our line. :D

Ohhh! Now, Randall Williams knows where the first down marker is. Wow!

He did a good job wrapping up the ball though.

At least our needs will probably be well defined going into the draft next year

I disagree. To high a price for what 2 or 3 years?
he's no spring chicken. but he can play solid CB. that is the team's most glaring weakness. would you rather endure a whole year of "deep over the RCB!"?

TD, Romo-to-Bryant on the crossing route. I have been really impressed with Bryant's concentration in his catches. Maybe we'll see the return of the rookie sensation THIS year.

I'm not sure which RCB we should have brought in though. They were getting way overpaid. I would have liked to see Edwards kept though.

We did get old and slow on O fast, but the Monday night game (Vinny to Key) made me think I should wait until I make a judgement.

EG was a bad idea. To think S. Davis could have been brought in last year. Of course, pre-parcells, Priest Holmes wanted to come to Dallas cheap a few years ago. :(
