In all seriousness though if he can be one of those versatile vets who makes the transition to S and takes to our scheme it could be an underrated signing. He was solid for Baltimore in his rotational DB role.

At 35 its probably good for him actually. Get called up, play a game or two. Go back to PS. Rinse and repeat if need be. Would keep him relatively fresh

At 35, coming right in and playing shouldnt be an issue

One of the things that sucks is you wont have alot of known quantities out there. If you look at the cuts across the NFL, not a alot of vested guys compared to other years. With the offseason program and camp being what they were, I dont think teams were as willing to dump that vested but more expensive player for that UDFA as they were in the past.

There are probably alot of good players available, but you just dont know who they are
