2 picks left:

RB- Wadley or Darrell Williams LSU. Scarborough -Alabama?

DT- Poona Ford

CB- Hill

S- Blanding

WR- Simmie Cobbs

Brown balled out at Purdue. He had penalty issues forcing him to slide.
I know that, SL50, but the butt hurt over a 6th round pick in here is a little crazy. 75% of this board had no idea who Brown was when we drafted him and panned that move, also.

another Dallas day guy I like...Byu C/G Tejan Koroma.

also like Smu DE/LB Justin Lawler.

and Matt Pryor,T/G Tcu.

I hear ya man!

I think most of us just get frustrated when there are potential guys who can impact the team then we seemingly throw the pick out the window!

Now I know he’s never suited up for us yet, but still some ballers out there

Look, Griffin's a great story, but this amount of overkill is akin to Michael Sam a few years back.

I get it. Great story. Can we talk about some of the other few hundred prospects are seeing their dreams come true?

Hope there is not any feel good stories next year, but they will find something.

Reading up on him, he entered Indiana as a dual threat QUARTERBACK. He couldn't cut it as a QB so they converted him to LBer. Last year he had a breakout year at LBer and was an honorable mention for All Big 10 Honors and he was voted Indiana's Defensive Player of the Year with 85 tackles, 12 for loss, 3 sacks and 5 passes broke up.

Sounds like he was drafted based on potential. He basically started playing LB in his sophomore year of college in 2015 and in 2 years was able to learn the position and win the team DPOY.
These are exactly the rounds that you select guys like that. At this point, you're drafting on potential. There isn't a sure fire guy left in the draft at this point. Could we have had him as an UDFA? Maybe but McClay and Co. decided it was worth the pick. Call me crazy but I'll defer to McClay. I have a hunch he knows a little more about this whole thing than I do.

Throwing this out there I heard on Twitter a few weeks ago....

Jullian Taylor DE/DT Temple

David Irving replacement?

Boise State vs Alabama in a few years...I like our chances;)

Shaun Dion Hamilton has had 2 major knee injuries in the last 2 years. Alabama players have spent more time on IR with Washington than on the playing field. I heard Jonathan Allen was a stud in the training room. lol
