This is gonna be amazing folks!
I take it you've never seen the original movie? I'd venture to say this is more aimed at us adults who grew up with Jim Henson in the 80's.Nice effects but looks too childish and cartoonish to me
Side note to the plot in season 2.Mind hunters season two is on Netflix now. Liked the first season, halfway through the second and still good. Guy that plays Kemper does good job.
Recording it and will watch like I usually do when I get 3 or 4 saved but it looks good with Goodman and I like Adam Devine. This show isn’t on one of the above, but it is on HBO.....The Righteous Gemstones. It was pretty darn good and is about a dysfunctional evangelical family.
Thanks for the warning. I imagine I know what it is you don't want to see, and I don't wanna see them either.Recording it and will watch like I usually do when I get 3 or 4 saved but it looks good with Goodman and I like Adam Devine.
Also on HBO and this show is pushing the envelope off the edge of the table, Euphoria. I don't know if I like it after 3 episode but I am hooked on seeing just what they will not show. The last one I watched actually made me uncomfortable showing things for too long on the screen of things I don't want to look at in the first place.
And Runny, for far too long. I get the reason for glimpses of male anatomy and full frontals but I have never seen anything like this outside of accidentally seeing a porn when looking for recipes online like Asian Delights. And are men actually necessary in these films? They're gross. Thanks for the warning. I imagine I know what it is you don't want to see, and I don't wanna see them either.
Have you noticed that, even on regular TV these days, they'll show guys' naked butts, but not women's? That one I don't understand. And Runny, for far too long. Unless a show is testosterone driven, the audiences are more female. I remember the first show to do that, NYPD Blue with David Caruso and it caused quite a stir but then they added the female derriere as well. When they got around to showing Sipowicz's butt, I was "alright now, we need to have a meeting about this, love this show but stop it, Just Stop It!".Have you noticed that, even on regular TV these days, they'll show guys' naked butts, but not women's? I've never heard of it, but I can't watch depressing stuff like that.Signed up for an Hulu subscription and binged The Looming Tower, its very good. Hoping for a season 2
Decided to give The Handmaids Tale a shot and they've done such a great job depicting a repressed dystopian Soceity, its ironically too depressing to continue watching. I bailed after episode 6 of season 1. It just feels like its always going to be depressing and hopeless.
Anyone else give up on or have a similar reaction to Handmaid?

My mother loves that show, which means it's not something I'd like.My wife stopped watching "This is Us" for that very reason. I actually liked it.
