OJ gets paroled

I read on drudge report last nite he was busted for 'spilling his juice' by a female corrections officer and that could jeopardize his parole, apparently not.
Dude is 70,,, so I'm thinking the door kick down/ strong arm stuff are all behind him , and he tools off into the sunset in low rider style, he might hit the celebrity golf circuit,,,but I don't think anybody wants much to do with him.
( I remember the film clip on the day of him facedown going forward when he broke/ set the 2000 yard rushing record, that was kinda superman status.)

I am not very surprised, well, at least he served 9 years of prison time, it is better than him walking away free for the rest of his life

Thought I read somewhere he gets a ton of money each month from his NFL pension that the Goldmans cant touch. What determines how much pension a player gets? Age? Years played?

Dont know but it is like 29k a month, or I have heard.

I think he killed his wife and Goldman. However, he went through our court/justice system and was found not guilty. He can't be tried for that crime again, which would be against the double jeopardy principle.

As for his parole, it was the right thing to do. The board cannot consider the murder trial or its verdict. If O.J. was a model citizen while in prison (and based on everything I've heard, he was), then he deserved to be paroled.

Actually, it's better for the Goldmans that he's out because they have a civil suit against him, and anything he makes, they can take. I heard this morning he receives $25,000 a month from his NFL pension. That's $300,000 annually, an amount that I'm pretty sure the Goldmans will go after.
