Thought I read somewhere he gets a ton of money each month from his NFL pension that the Goldmans cant touch. What determines how much pension a player gets? Age? Years played?

Yes. They can't get at that.

But any other income they find out about they can get.

The ex wife was a real slut and taunted him about it; but the kid with her at the time did not deserve anything. If he had just killed her I would have called it manslaughter make him serve 10 years or so. But killing that kid he deserved life. The way I look at it he about paid for her - but is a long way from paying for him.

By all accounts he was the bigger slut, but ones promiscuity should not factor in to the punishment for murder

Huh? The judge that sentenced him in the current case? What was he supposed to do? You don't really get makeup calls in the legal system

I think most legal experts feel that his sentencing was inconsistent with other comparable cases. On top of that, I believe once all those individual charges were added up (keep in mind, they are given out in months), he was sentenced to 33 years, which is the same as the $33 million he owed the Browns and Goldmans. Maybe it was a coincidence, but I doubt it.
