Olawale

People are saying the TD drop was on Dak????

Come on. I can’t stand Dak but that should be caught 100-100 times.

He short armed the ball.
I am being perfectly serious saying this.

Some people do not understand what 'short-arming the ball' means.

I am on the fence about Dak, but it was not a bad play call and maybe the pass wasn't perfect, but Olawale should have caught it, period. He missed so badly that he didn't even touch the ball with his hands. A commentator on the highlights echoed what I said when it happened: he needs to see an eye Dr. In addition to a gimme for Olawale, Schultz was breaking wide open at the back of the end zone.

Honest question

What does he bring to this team?
We traded for him and he sat on the bench most of the time then dropping sure fire touchdowns when he plays.

Why NOT cut him? Ego?

he had some nice games before.

Don't disagree with the OP but that ball could have been further into the end zone. It was thrown too short like that other ball to Shultz that cost a 1st Down.
The pass was there to be caught. Didn’t need to be the perfect throw. I watched the replay over and over, it was a very catchable ball that wasn’t caught.

Dak though did suck in this game. Inaccurate. Took obvious sacks that was his, and his alone’s fault. It was probably his worst game outside of last year’s Atlanta game.

There was only one QB on that field today, and it wasn’t Dak. I hope Jerry and Stephen watched with clear eyes.

He may have short armed it but geeze Dak. That was as easy a pass as it gets and he throws it short forcing the receiver to reach for it. Made him wait for it too, giving him time to think to much about being blown up and making sure he was in the endzone. Just make the easy pass quickly and decisively.

Remember the similar situation to Rico early in the season? Threw that one high and hard.

Every pass is an adventure with Dak. These receivers have no idea what to expect.

Familiarize yourself with the esteemed opinions dropped in this thread bro.

It might save you a trip to LensCrafters.

Now that you've probably had a chance to see the replay over and over again.. was it still an uncatchable pass?

There are perfect passes and then there are catchable balls. Dak made plenty of mistakes but the ball to Olawale was catchable.

He's getting paid $1.5 million to play fullback this season - he has to catch that.

The guy literally did the patty cake clap before the freaking ball got there:facepalm:
that was a huge HUGE turning point in the game. damn you Olawakeyodo
