Heck, l used to cook up a lot of nice Prime Rib Roasts...back when the kids were still around. I love a good rare roast...l never see them down here. You brought back some fine memories...what kind of roast are you cookin??

Simple pot roast, with carrots, potatoes with a little broccoli cheese. It was delicious.

I love Pupusas...just lookin at them makes me fat!! They do a thing here sometimes called Pachamanca...take pig and everything you can think of and put it in an iron pot and bury it in the ground with hot rocks all day...dig it up at night and digmin with plenty cold beer!!

I love Pupusas...just lookin at them makes me fat!! They do a thing here sometimes called Pachamanca...take pig and everything you can think of and put it in an iron pot and bury it in the ground with hot rocks all day...dig it up at night and digmin with plenty cold beer!!

They will use every bit of that pig on Friday, chicarones, tamales, they even get the pigs bladder stuff it with the liver, kidney spices and blood. Gotta be real drunk to enjoy that last one. Lol
