There's a sensor issue with the torque converter that the dealership doesn't even now how to fix. So they're waiting for Ford Motor Co to get back to them. This is a huge dealership, mind you. They have no timetable on when Ford will let them know how to resolve it, or how long the repairs will be. Hell, they don't even know what to repair.

Sadly, my dealings are in the service department with the mechanics and tech advisors... no hottie saleswomen there
