There's a sensor issue with the torque converter that the dealership doesn't even now how to fix. So they're waiting for Ford Motor Co to get back to them. This is a huge dealership, mind you. They have no timetable on when Ford will let them know how to resolve it, or how long the repairs will be. Hell, they don't even know what to repair.

Sensor issue seems very fixable! Maybe, if you made a lot of noise out front of their "Store" they might get the message. I am very tough with BS'ers that are trying to save face or their owners cash. Sometimes, the hard line makes them see the light. Talk with your Dad! Experince is valuable. If it was a Canadian dealership..l would put the heat on them to make it right or be embarrassed AND then make it right!! You are not powerless.

Thanks bro, I'm a big dude and have done a lot of bad **** in my life, but for some reason I've got a soft heart for my animals. I have my coffee with them every morning. horses, cows cats and dogs.

Sorry to hear that Ranching, it's hard to lose a pet. I had a cat for 21 and a half years and a dog for 16 and a half years. They are like one of the family.
