Yep. Me too. Some tough losses against the Steelers in those 70's. Lest we forget!!
I will never forget :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: That loss with the 1975 Dirty Dozen team in Jan 1976 was the toughest. I took a lot of crap over that, and I was in shook over the loss, thought we would win, that offense with Preston Pearson coming out of the backfield for short passes, Drew Pearson and Golden Richards getting the long passes, and Roger throwing the ball... I never thought we could lose :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( Still pains me to this day.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Yep. Those losses sure hurt! Defense won in those games. During the 70's l honesty felt the Cowboys could win it all every year!

We had Rookie Randy White----#2 overall in the draft,, we had Too Tall Jones, Harvey Martin, Cliff Harris , Charlie Waters, DD Lewis, Hollywood Henderson, ect we had some defense.
You ain't kiddin. The Cowboys had it all...plus a Prime Landry. It was a great time to be a Cowboy fan. It kept me going through the last 20 yrs!
