It's a pass not thrown at a wide receiver from in the pocket that doesn't cross the line of scrimmage...I guess I could be wrong but I'm like 90% sure that's grounding.

Intentional Grounding of Forward Pass

1. Intentional grounding of a forward pass is a foul: loss of down and 10 yards from previous spot if passer is in the field of play or loss of down at the spot of the foul if it occurs more than 10 yards behind the line or safety if passer is in his own end zone when ball is released.
2. Intentional grounding will be called when a passer, facing an imminent loss of yardage due to pressure from the defense, throws a forward pass without a realistic chance of completion.
3. Intentional grounding will not be called when a passer, while out of the pocket and facing an imminent loss of yardage, throws a pass that lands at or beyond the line of scrimmage, even if no offensive player(s) have a realistic chance to catch the ball (including if the ball lands out of bounds over the sideline or end line).

why not look it up instead of just making something up?

And if Patrick Crayton doesn't drop that 3rd down ball the bad calls don't matter.

If Fasano doesn't drop a SURE TD then the bad calls don't matter.

If Crayton doesn't stop short on a go at the end, where he'd clearly beat the corner, we win with 14 seconds remaining and the bad calls DON'T matter.

If Tony didn't throw behind TO, one play after Fasano dropped a sure TD, forcing us to kick a field goal, rather than score a TD, then the bad calls don't matter.

There were plenty of reasons that WERE in the Cowboys control that far outweighed any bad calls.

Ugh. Don't remind me. Didn't the Giants score right after that instead of punting like they should've?

Temo, mission accomplished.

Haha, yea exactly. I really did think people would spend pages arguing over a 2 year old game. That's what being a sports fan is all about, isn't it? :)

I don't know how anyone can say the bad calls don't matter.

If the bad calls don't happen, there's a chance we wouldn't need those guys to catch those balls, run those routes or make those throws.

There were reasons we lost, maybe some were bigger errors than others, but in a close game all errors matter.

Except the rule book says it's not grounding.
