Nope. Disagree, except for agreeing on running the ball.
Explain how any veteran Olineman could have helped Tyler Smith with each man responsible with which Dlineman prior to the snap? I'm curious to see what you're thinking or seeing that I'm not.
Farniok has held up very well against power rushes. He only got pushed backwards 1 time in pass protection simply because he stood up too high. The other 3 or 4 times DJ Reader eventually got past him was because Farniok was leaning forward too much while Reader was clearly grabbing Farniok's jersey in between his shoulders and pulling down, thus causing Farniok to fall off balance leaning forward while Reader then swept by him. Tricky veteran dirty play by Reader, but it was a learning experience for Farniok. Stay balance with legs bent and buttocks set down while you fight to keep from being grabbed and pulled forward.
Peters can be beat due to his oversize, age and stiffness by quicker and powerful DEs/LBs. What saves him much is his girth against slower edge rushers.
I think you're absolutely wrong on Jason Peters.
You really believe this future HOFer will NOT improve communication and recognition of blitzes/DLine games on left side?
Peters even at ripe old age of 40 is still more savvy more effective pass protector than any Cowboys OL not named Zack Martin.
