30 years. And the franchise gets a 5 for dysfunction. Cannot agree with it.

Didn't your fellow fans laugh in Jerry Jones' face for the job he is doing? What would be your opinion of their opinion of Cowboys' dysfunction?

We are, which is saying something, because I think most people had already become used to the total incompetence of this owner/gm. He has really stepped up his game.

Trust me. There are folks who believe he is both competent and has been doing a fair job. One of my best friends is a Cowboys fan also. He has assigned practically all blame for the teams' shortcomings on coaching and players for years. It is why he does not appreciate my questioning him who hired the coaches and drafted/acquired the players.

He is not a Jerry fan. He simply believes it is not the GM's responsibility to field a team that does not mesh well-enough to execute and competent on a consistent basis. It is a contradictory conclusion but it is what it is.
