On a scale from 1-10 what is the level of dysfunction of this team?

A “5”. The issue for the Joneses is they run the Cowboys football team like it’s the 90’s. The team is afraid to take any chances. Maybe the coaching hire will change it. Saleh would be a good start especially if gets the right coordinator. I am intrigued.

I don't know your age, but the humor and the atmosphere of the movie just won't translate well to most people under 40, if not 45. You had to be in it to get it I think.

Double if you are not a rock music fan either.
Although my son and his friends live it and they are in their 20's. But they are musicians too like you say

I used to like the Price is Right...so I'll say 755 Bob.

But for reals.... every coaching thread here should have an asterisk

* = but Jerry is here. It doesn't matter that MM left, or who the next MM will be

JERRY is the coach.
JERRY is the GM
JERRY is everything.

Nothing changes while Jerry is here. The players are under Jerry. The coach is just an accessory here

It's not as high as Schneider with Washington or Urban Meyer with Jacksonville but enough to effect the Cowboys ability to succeed.

We currently do not have the technology required to measure the level of dysfunction in the Dallas Cowboys organization. Funny thing is, it's all on 2 guys. The rest of the franchise exists in spite of these two rock heads.

I don't think either Detroit Coordinators will get a shot. Jerry is just that stupid and the fans will pay for his arrogance with continued failure
