Think him and Bass have a chance to compete to become the Guard starters down the line.Richards is a big kid. 22 years old and 6 foot 4 and 307.

1Whether its Bass, Richards or Smith
I hope so. McClay has been hitting on some of these picks.Think him and Bass have a chance to compete to become the Guard starters down the line.
It's very early in their development, let's see how they progress. We thought Walesko looked good last yr and he took a step back and injured again.I hope so. McClay has been hitting on some of these picks.
Luckily it’s the other shoulder and minor. When I heard the news I thought we made a mistake keeping him. I want to see what these guys do against starters. They get to go against our D-Line so that will help strengthen them. It's very early in their development, let's see how they progress. It's a process, they have to usually get stronger and learn proper technique.Luckily it’s the other shoulder and minor. When I heard the news I thought we made a mistake keeping him. That’s what this rookie season is for. They will make mistakes but hoping for some solid play. It's a process, they have to usually get stronger and learn proper technique.
I am of the mind that Smith can play anywhere.I think that Tyler Smith is going to play so well that the team will decide to keep him at left guard.
but only because Richards is going to blossom so quickly that it's an easy "best 5" decision.I think that Tyler Smith is going to play so well that the team will decide to keep him at left guard.
I like what I’ve seen of Richards so far. Needs a year in an NFL weight room.but only because Richards is going to blossom so quickly that it's an easy "best 5" decision.
sorta tongue in cheek ..... sorta serious.
yeah, I have intentionally followed the club at a distance this off season so first to admit I'm not on top of things.I like what I’ve seen of Richards so far. Needs a year in an NFL weight room.
2024? You talking 2024? It's 2023 man. 2023!Whether its Bass, Richards or Smith
