Lombardi said this morning on the musers that because of the structure jerry has created....all the coaches here are independent contractors and dont work together.

That's it in a nutshell.

Houck, Campo, John Garrett and of course Jason Garrett? You work for Jerry.

Grantham, Herring, Peete, Maxie and DeCamillis? You work for Wade.

There's a reason why you always see Wade and Joe D. talking together, and never see Garrett talking to Wade.

The whole thing is a CF.

'Wade just needs to stop that body language on the sideline of a puppy dog that will not get his bone when something stupid happens and also to stop taking a whoe is me' attitude when talking about the team's chances and just suck it up and show a bit of leadership ......and that certain things will not be tolerated like missing kicks over and over and looking for excuses to cover his players.

Yeah, if only Wade would stick out his jaw like Cowher does, Folk wouldn't ever miss a kick.

Yeah like Parcells didn't achieve one of the greatest turnarounds in the post cap era with some of the worst talent in the league. Doesn't matter if you don't like the guy or even his gameday coaching (I didn't) but to overlook the professionalism that he reinstated here is stupid.

whatever old man

Parcells kept a number of the "old" staff.

Wade has the same amount of control that Bill had.

Patently false - Almost the entire offensive staff was here before Wade waddled in the door. His one attempt to bring some control or guidance over the offense with Reeves was awkwardly rebuffed by Jones. Not even close.

so new coaches will have the same problem.

:hammer:

The sooner he seperates the business aspect from the field ................

This madman doesn't have a clue.

naturally they were doing the 'around the league' segment and when it came to the Cowboys they showed Wade at the presser saying we are still in it and not to quit, etc
after the clip ended they asked Michael Lombardi what his take was and I have to admit, he hit it on the head when he said-
'Wade just needs to stop that body language on the sideline of a puppy dog that will not get his bone when something stupid happens and also to stop taking a whoe is me' attitude when talking about the team's chances and just suck it up and show a bit of leadership ......and that certain things will not be tolerated like missing kicks over and over and looking for excuses to cover his players.

I really hope we don't get the season down to the last game against Philly with everything on the line and get blown out 44-6 again. I do believe if that happens, when the gun sounds to end the game and the team is running into the tunnel to the dressing room, Wade will be stopped at the entryway by Jerry himself with the pink slip in hand

Wade is not a leader of men. Period.

And spit more at his players.

Yeah....that worked so well....lol

No playoff wins with him either

He took us just as far with Quincy, Richie Anderson, and a defense of scrubs.

Also was a bobbled snap away from a win.

Wade has done far less with much more.

If they get blown out again, I hope everyone in the stadium stands up and boos for 10 minutes
