nathanlt would beat his wife and thumper would go looking for his shotgun.

:laugh2: :laugh2: I doubt nathanlt could actually beat his wife! The guy seems sooo insecure about himself.

Thumper would need them armor piercing bullets! T.O. is a bad mother(shut your mouth)!!

T.O. is a hired hand to me...nothing else. I have no emotions about him one way or the other.

Romo doesn't have the "gravitas" yet. Nor should he have to telephone grown men and tell them to take their jobs seriously.

I took a poll here and the most education anyone here has is vocational automotive. In Farmers Branch, welding school.

So don't be using big words.

Just say them words we can all understand, Ok, bub?

Alex, for the 3rd time today

WE COULD USE BOTH! emotional and by example leadership :)

I think your all slightly missing the point both of these types of leadership are great but without the intensity and desire to win that almost takes over your life and you NEED your teammates there to help you acheive that greatness. Its a selfishness that T.O. exudes but directs in the wrong direction. The intensity of Irvin is a prime example - I need to do this so you had better be there to help me do it.
