Apparently you weren't on this board when the game ended. I was one of the first one's who stated that I didn't care too much about the game going into it but as the game got tight down the stretch, my fandom came out and I was rooting for a W. I was happy for the W, but I still don't believe in this team. We'll see.

Yeah, I don't really believe in this team either. I don't believe the offense has enough to carry them to the playoffs. But, I will be rooting hard for them to beat the Packers as well as the rest of the games, because I can't help it.

Sundays game vs the Packers at Lambeau will either give us a legitimate reason to get excited or to give up. Winning this game makes you start seriously thinking about the possibilities and losing pretty much kills off any possibility.

Know how we have played the last couple of years we'll lose the home games and win on the road. If by some miracle we still make the playoffs, look out since hopefully all of the playoff games will be on the road.

I don't think Dez is very good at getting separation. I think that is why Cassell or Weeden don't throw it to him often. But when you get him in one on one situations I think we need to just chuck it up to him more often. He's physically gifted enough to just make things happen.

It goes against everything a QB learns in running an offense but he just needs to do it. :)

I agree with this, Dez is not a speed receiver but in most situations he will get the catch

No it doesn't... Head to Head, then division record, then common games, THEN conference record.

TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION
If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined.

Two Clubs
  1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
  2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
  3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
  4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
  5. Strength of victory.
  6. Strength of schedule.
  7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
  8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
  9. Best net points in common games.
  10. Best net points in all games.
  11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
  12. Coin toss
Three or More Clubs
(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated during any step, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format).

  1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs).
  12. Coin toss

Niiiiiice! Happy to be wrong.

Yes. I just don't get the hype here about making the playoffs. Cant think of one team dallas can beat in the playoffs. Nobody in the nfce stands a chance.

Semi-like... No I didn't notice, but am glad your fandom came out down the stretch (how could it not).
Trust me, it will happen again against GB... and you begin to believe again

Are you kidding me... there is not one team in the NFC we should be afraid of... we hung with and should have beat every opponent. There is no team that dominated us, even Carolina only put up 5 FGs (aside from Tony throwing 2 pick sixes). We can beat ANY team we face. It may be a close one, but we can beat them.

Keep in Mind, on top of an offense full of weapons, a strong O-line, and now a QB with confidence and a win under his belt, we have a top 5 in the NFL Defense!: http://www.nfl.com/stats/categoryst...OTAL_YARDS_GAME_AVG&d-447263-o=1&d-447263-n=1

Without romo no chance. Even with romo I doubt they'd make it far. Carolina lit dallas up.

Carolina did not 'light us up' our D held them to 5 FGs (and Romo threw 2 pick sixes) that is not lighting someone up. Without Romo having a very off day, we played them very close

Cam also scored a TD on that run.
