L'roi Glover would totally change this team IMO. But #22 would be my choice. My non player choice - Jimmy Johnson
Glover, Ratliff, Leon. Not the best players in our history, but the best upgrades at our weakest position.
Sean Lee for similar reasons at LB.

Normalized to his time, I'd say Lilly, but he's too light in the pants for DT in today's game.

I feel like prime Randy White fixes the defense, yet a prime Emmitt fixes the offense.

I'll say 1995 Emmitt.
Prime Emmitt fixes both because he would allow us to control the ball and dominate time of possession and always be kicking extra points. That would keep our defense fresh and ready to hunt. He would also command extra safety help down in the box which would allow Cooks and Lamb to feast. As an added bonus he would de-cleat anybody daring to blitz Dak.

Prime Roy Williams striking fear into the receivers or even prime Leon Lett being a menace in their backfield. Also prime Larry Allen.

Aikman. Mr. Perfect in the postseason. He wouldn't be confused by cover 2. He would never wilt under the pressure. Even at San Francisco.
I'm as big an #8 fan as there is. I even had a dog named Aikman back in the 90's lol

But to say he "never" wilted under pressure, even at SF? Not accurate. Troy was human and he looked extremely human the first half of the 1994 NFCCG at SF

Again, I'm not bashing Troy

But he did have a bad game that day against SF. He's human. It didn't happen often but it did happen that day
