One reason why Garrett keeps his job

I'm not surprised at all.....I broke down his resume little while back. The thing that stood out to me was how his record looks like a see-saw (lol) since the three 8-8 seasons, great season followed by a bad season. Otherwords, it appears he's always at his best when his back's against the wall. He's a good coach. Not great but better than some fans give him credit.

Back against the wall+last place schedule=good year.

After winning division+first place schedule=bad year.
