1. Romo has to become more consistent with the passing game. He has to throw more accurately and put his head on a swivel and see all of his options. Do not stare down your first option. Protect the ball is job one for this player.

2. Running backs need to get healthy. With that option we have a chance in most games. Choice needs the ball more earlier in the game.

3. The offensive line has done a good job. But Flozell has to stop the penalties.

4. Get the ball to Marty.

5. 250 yards doesn't get a pass from me. Let's see you post quality numbers against quality opponents and not disappear, Miles. Same with RW11. If this team is going to make a splash, this is the area where it needs the most production. Get seperation and then catch the dang ball.

6. Wade needs to figure out how to get pressure and sacks. That is his forte. If it takes Spears and Spencer grabbing Carpenter and tossing him at the quarterback, then make Bobby a dart. But help out the corners with disruptive play from the line and OLB.

7. Cornerbacks keep the receivers in front of you.

8. Safties, stop biting on the play action and pump fakes.

9. All the players from the top to the bottom need to focus on winning and stop reading the press for the good or bad.

This team has the talent to make a mark. But they need to begin holding themselves responsible and not a weak coaching staff or front office run by a guy who is 10% football knowledge and 90% ego driven huckster.

Want it more than anything. When the other team slaps your face, slap back harder.

Take the game from them, don't wait until they make an error.
