Thing is, it has to be 6 or 0. If it's 0 then there are going to be s LOT of questions about Friel. If it's 6 it's going to court and all this is going to be dragged through the mud and it could be much worse for Friel. She might even have to testify.

If the NFL wants to salvage a rag of its reputation Friel and her boss are on a bus to Des Moines to manage a popsicle stand.

They are going to get destroyed in court if they don't completely wipe this suspension. They literally haven't done one thing competently here. It's like a bunch of bratty 5 year olds running the place.

This was one of my many questions to people supporting the decision. It was made by the NFL. They have honestly messed up every decision since Goodell took over. Why would you think that this case with such flimsy evidence was the exception? Turns out it was worse than we thought.

Best course for Henderson is to void the suspension and send the case back to NFL and order they apply set procedures in their investigation ..

This way they have a good reason why the suspension was removed, and thy please the public by saying "We are not done, we will review our investigation blah blah blah" .. only thing is they will be throwing the 4-people panel under the bus, which is ok since no one cares who they are

wow...just wow. so many wrongs here. it was always discussed if friel being a giants fan would cloud her judgment....i think we know our answer. i can't see how this suspension doesn't get overturned
