I'm just wondering how they would work Clark into the lineup or would he be a core STs guy for this year like Joseph. One of favorite draft picks, if not the favorite, so I'm ready to see him play wit Parsons n Sam Williams.

Have to wonder about the initial medical opinion regarding his medical status for the season, and we are talking his neck here. How do you go from missing the whole season to less than half? Nobody else medical staff thought this was possible?
Unless I’m mistaken (which I could be) the team said all along that Clark would have a chance to get back before the end of the season, depending on his rehab.

It’s really nuts he was able to return this quickly.

He is probably as raw as can be, but sure looks like he can play football to me.

This is great news.
Shocked he’s ready so soon
But the kid has some real talent
I don’t know how much he can contribute anytime soon with no camp but I think this kid can be a player next year for sure

Why do y’all think that y’all are doctors? Or even better do any of y’all have hands-on contact with the team and medical staff?

So many people give advice on this forum as to how a player should be treated or when they should be called up. You literally have zero idea what condition he’s in.

He’s not a key contributor at this point so why would they rush him back for no reason? If he’s getting called up that means he’s medically cleared and ready. Why y’all like to act like you know better is so strange to me. It’s not even Jerry saying this lol
dude you need to get more "y'alls" into your comment, 4 is not enough

LOL at "Opinion".
They don't have the option. He must be activated next week or they lose him for the rest of the season.

Which is why this will happen and why it's not an opinion.
You need to use your bifocals and look again, because I said nothing about an opinion.

The guy had spinal fusion surgery. That just sounds like something the staff should be extra careful with.

Loved the Clark pick and love his potential. But very worried they are rushing this. I hope they hold off from putting him on the game day roster for a while

Ok, now I see... they changed your title.
But to be fair, it's more of a guesstimation than an opinion.

It's not really as bad as it sounds. They go in through the front of your neck and place a small metal plate across two vertebra and screw it in. There are no muscles or tendons involved so the healing time is more like a bone break which usually takes around 3 or four months to heal.

His surgery was well over 6 months ago and he was probably rehabbing after just 2 months.
I went back to work after surgery in 2 months, but I don't butt heads for a living just in my pass time here.

Yeah... the physicality of the game is the reason I'd like to see him red shirted this year.

He won't be significantly more healed by waiting another 12 months. Work him in slowly and let him get some experience and maybe he will be ready to start next year.,
