Wades walking after this season

he will never do any better than he has at Dallas no matter where we end up

so why not leave on top ???????????

then Garrett's the next HC

You are crazy. There is no way Wade walks after finally getting this team to play up to its potential. This is the success and validation he has been waiting for.

Weren't you the same guy who had a feeling the Cowboys were going to lose to the Eagles because they couldn't beat the same team three times in one season?

Because Wade says he has no intent on not coaching. I think his critics would love for him to retire but Wade is not looking to leave the game.

C-lab you have been one of the biggest Garrett haters in these parts. Then you've gotten strangely quiet on the topic the past month.

Why don't you step up the mic and share your thoughts now. :p:

For the millionth time, I don't hate Garrett. Why do people say things like this? Just because I'm not sold on his genius doesn't mean I hate him.

In fact, I find Garrett a very uninspiring figure in either direction, love or hate. He doesn't say much, and when he does he generally speaks in cliches. Even the beat writers say he doesn't let them know what he's thinking. So he's not a hateable guy, I just think he's sort of an unknown as a person.

If he's the one who got Tony to stop turning the ball over, then great, I give him full credit because that was the main thing holding us back. And no, right now I wouldn't want to change anything about the team.

Maybe that answers your question.

Jerry should just pay Wade and Garrett equal money and name them offensive head coach and defensive head coach.

:laugh2:

I don't know how that got started either. I saw that post and said, here we go again.

Actually, you deserve credit for so solidly and consistently sticking by Wade this season. Something happened before the Saints game and everything fell into place for this team. I think there are a lot of factors involved -- on and off the field -- but Wade certainly deserves his share of the credit.

Just a thought...

I heard from Adam Shefter...that the Bills might be intrested in Jason Garett as coach..

Would you like the idea of Garett leaving or still prefer him to be our OC.

For one, I rather he leaves becuase a good OC can do ever a better job with our offense.. than Jason G has done... However the past weeks the team has excelled in offense...that is why this would be a hard decision

Thanks,

I congratulate you on proving your abject cluelessness in just 24 posts...

The offense still isn't where it needs to be. But I think that is more on the players than on Garrett. Mistakes are still hurting us. Right now play calling is not a problem.

I've been on the fence with Garrett and I'm about to jump back on the bandwagon. If we can score 27 points a game from here out we will probably win the SB. And that should be how we judge Garrett minus the mistakes and penalties though. On the 27 points not the SB.
