Opinion: Jerry and Stephen were upset last week

If you believe they were happy with us truly winning, then you are as gullible as they come.

All the sheep running around dancing and praising that we won saying "yeah take that Dak haters, no more top pick" are just clowns.

Clear as day they want a top pick and us winning last week pissed them off, they let Mike know, and this is the result.

Most will try to apply logic to the loss or blame players, but it's clear as day we tried to lose the game. We just tried to be cute with it.

2 wide lanes for Gibson, some sorry *** play calls on 4th on our side of the field.

The front office isn't sold on Dak, or they just don't want to pay him. We want a top pick and a top QB, and high enough draft picks to help fix the D and O line.

That's one way to look at things.

But the fact we were ahead at halftime..

ahead into the 4th Qt tells me no..

This team wanted to win.

The coaches starting with Moore's playcalling just hit a wall.

This has been happening all the back to 2019. We have lost the ability to win close games and worst than that..

We can't even keep things close to have a shot at winning in the 4th quarter.

This is playcalling. This is Kellen Moore. How many times would we be driving to get back in the game and Dak would check down and hit Zeke out of the backfield and he would be tackled?

Dozens of times. This is not Dak. This is Dak being programmed to follow the keys Moore has ingrained in the playcalling.

The tighter the game gets..the more conservative the playcalling gets.

Right down to the play Dak got hurt on. Dak did not follow his reads and check down. Instead he ran and we know the rest.

Dak was trying to make a play with his legs. Good for him and right thinking. Just bad luck.

But regardless..Moore is just not a Big time OC. He has a world class offense when it's healthy but we still screw the pooch.

Moore has to be reduced in his high profile role and I think McCarthy needs to call the plays until the end of the year.

He needs to complete the installation of the WCO he wants to use.

What we have is a neither nor offense right now and it's hurting everything we are trying to do.

Wake up McCarthy. Push away from the chow line and get in your office and call the plays.

Stop waiting.

You're killing all of us.

why are you here then? it's a forum with different viewpoints which makes you the one who is whining about others whining so stop whining. :lmao:

Says the guy whining about a Thanksgiving reference.

Lol!

Anyone thinking Jerry and Stephen are sold on Dak shouldnt be taken serious.

Jerry calling Zeke our best player makes it plain as day.
That doesn't really support what you're trying to sell.
But whatever.

The Chess move would be to trade up to get Lawrence and franchise Dak but use it to up your trade ransom and recoup some picks you lose trading up. It’s a move someone like NE would do but not us. Plenty of teams would be calling about Dak instantly. He’s better than 50% or more of the current starters.
