Do you feel better about him as our QB than you did when we signed him?

Worse?

Or feel about the same.

I'll start - I feel even better than when we signed him and was a huge proponent of his.

I feel better about him now than i first did. after seeing some solid work in the preseason, and adding more targets on Offense, i think he will have a solid year and probably start in 2006. i think next year we draft a QB who sits for a year behind bledsoe.

I feel the same, I think he can do the job as long as those around him do theirs. I think Dallas is a perfect situation for Bledsoe

I think I'm feeling a little better about Bledsoe......ask me the same question in about a month when the games have been for real.

I feel better about Drew Bledsoe than when I did when the Cowboys signed him in the offseason. His last game sealed the deal for me, even if it was just a preseason game.

Plus, I got to watch the Bill's 2004 season in review on the NFL Channel, and even though they weren't speaking about Bledsoe, I saw some of his passes and came off pretty impressed with the way he handled the offense when the opportunity was there.

Still the same.

One nice preseason performance against scrubs does not change my opinion one bit.

He had one impressive drive against the JAX 2nd team, with Jones gashing them on the ground.

He did nothing in preseason to change my opinion that he is just a younger Vinny.

I liked the signing when it happened, and I still feel the same. He's good enough to win in this league, and I think he will here.

I feel the same....well I expect more now from him since Price has been signed.

Carter, Vinny...now Drew.....we still need a QB.....If Drew puts up better numbers its because the talent around him is better and stayed heathy.

I think the team is going in the right direction....and I'm excited more this year then others past.....especially last year when we trotted out Eddie George and Vinny......which was pathetic.

Should be a fun year to watch.

I wasn't impressed with him when we got him and I'm still not impressed. But as other posters have mentioned, I hope I'm wrong about him.

Well, Nors, my man...compared to what? Think about our last few QB's!!

So really, there is no answer from me...just a question for you...."Compared to who of our last few QB's"?

QC?
Banks?
Vinnie?
Leaf?
etc?

Who? :D

Think about it this way....If we ever decide to draft a high profile QB he will have a great team to walk onto...

I feel about the same. He isn't my favorite and I think he is on the downside of his career.

However, the team had to have a vet. For the price and history with Parcells, Bledsoe was probably the best option.

He made some good plays in preseason. He made some bonehead plays too. That force into quadruple coverage of Witten in the endzone vs. Jax was ugly.

If the line protects him and the running game is solid, he should be an upgrade.

Good topic to bring up after a couple of games again.

He's proven my point, as long as he has good weapons, and above average protection, which he should receive, he will be ok. He led some nice drives, got the ball out relatively quickly...did what I thought he is capable of doing. Lets see him continue into the regular season
