No one should have slammed your statement. Not only is venue important, but I made a post last week about how random the whole darn thing is.But on this very board I was slammed for suggesting courts deal in anything but the facts and the letter of the law, without prejudice, and the NY court would not be any different for the NFL since the facts would be the same. Therefore neither the NFL nor the NFLPA should care about venue.
